2.Advanced Passivation Process:The passivation film is highly stable. lt forms an oxide film on the surfaceof the stainless steel to prevent the tank from rusting. lt can endureminor frictions during transportation and the impacts of cleaning, thusprolonging the service life of the tank.
3. Multi – layer Insulation Structure Design:The “polyurethane integral foaming” process is adopted. With excellentthermal insulation performance, it ensures that the milk remains in therefrigerated state of0 -4°C throughout the whole process, maximizingfreshness.
4. CIP System Integrated Design:Pipelines and interfaces for ClP cleaning balls are pre – installed in theproduction process. This ensures 360 _degree spray coverage withoutdead angles,enabling automatic and high -standard cleaning and disin-fection, and preventing cross -contamination between batches.

STRUCTURAL DESIGN AND SAFETY

2. Hydro – formed head: lt is formed in one piece without welds,avoidingstress concentration issues. The structural strength is increased by morethan 30% compared to the spliced -type.

4.Tank stiffeners: They strengthen the tank’s rigidity while maintainingthe advantage of light weight.

LOW-CENTER-OF-GRAVITY AND STABILITY DESIGN

1.Oval – shaped tank design: Through the design of an oval cross – sec-tion, the center of gravity is lowered, the force distribution is optimized,and the space is utilized more effectively, enhancing the driving stabilityand safety of the vehicle.
2.Compartment design: lt enablesindependent transportation of multi-ple batches, flexibly adjusts the transportation capacity, and ensures thestable quality of fresh milk.
3. Anti – wave plates: With the reasonable layout of anti – wave platesinside the tank, it effectively suppresses the violent sloshing of freshmilk during transportation, balancing the stability, light weight, and hy-giene of the tank.

MODULAR AND STANDARDIZED DESIGN

EFFICIENT AND HYGIENIC
LOADING AND UNLOADING SYSTEM

1. Milk inlet: lt adopts a large -diameter flared -mouth design, with ananti -spillage guiding edge, which is convenient for the rapid connectionof milking equipment on the ranch and reduces splashing losses duringfeeding.
2. Milk outlet: lt uses an inclined discharge channel, equipped with alarge -diameter quick -connect joint, and the unloading speed is 20%faster than that of ordinary interfaces.
3. Milk hopper design: The hopper is funnel -shaped, with functions oftransition and buffering, and is suitable for filtration and purification.
4. Loading and unloading nozzles: Standardized quick -connect jointsare adopted, which are leak -proof, loss – free, hygienic and leave no res-idue.
